I’ve been there.
When I hit my mid-forties I suddenly felt like the rug was pulled out from under me. As I struggled with the many changes happening in my life, I felt like there was something really wrong with me leaving me anxious, stressed and miserable. Did others feel this way? Why wasn’t anybody talking about these FEELINGS?? It was overwhelming. I tried the books and podcasts but I needed real tools and strategies to apply to my life so I could feel better.
Enter coaching. Coaching gave me support and real life tools to help me make sense of what I was feeling and make real shifts in my life. Coaching helped me so much that I decided to become a coach and help women get through the tumultuous years of midlife….with a smile on their face.
I created The Mindful Midlife to help women stop being so hard on themselves and find self-compassion, self-empowerment and peace.
It’s a 6 month one to one coaching program where I teach you a simple process to create a calm and peaceful life while tailoring the lessons and coaching to your specific needs.
You don’t have to feel like your life is out of control. You don’t have to live in reaction to the storm going on around you. You can respond to all the circumstances in your life with self trust, confidence and love, intentionally.
